We were pleased to see Morrisons’ new ‘pick & mix’ sushi counter concept get noticed in ‘trade Bible’ The Grocer magazine last week.

The sushi bar was part of a wider redesign project we undertook for Morrisons at its Manchester Piccadilly Gardens store.

We loved Morrisons’ foresight in taking its in-store sushi offering to the next level by making it ‘pick & mix’ – a little closer to the experience one might get at a sushi specialist like Wasabi.
