We’re pleased to have started working with O’shio – a Korean and Japanese restaurant in the heart of Brighton.

Opened last year in Brighton’s North Laine independent retail district, O’shio has sought our help to style and photograph its wide selection of dishes and to redesign its website.

We’ll have full details of the project up on the website later in the summer, but in the meantime, here’s a little taster from the photoshoot.
