H.en Restaurant, Brighton

Inspiration

H.en is Brighton’s first local and happy (high welfare) chicken shop. It is a politically involved, design-led, quick service restaurant which is not scared to shout about what it believes in.

It is always nice to see a new restaurant spring with excitement onto the Brighton scene, so it was no surprise we got excited to hear H.en Restaurant has moved in across the street, serving delicious food in a well designed environment fit for a king. Both the combining of materials and pin boards as wall fixtures excited us, the latter showing off the potential of a wall space and it’s furnishings. We look forward to taking family and friends to taste their menu and to take the design work all in.

If you’re local to Brighton or just passing through and fancy it, visit the H.en website.
