We have had a successful working relationship with Tesco since our studio was founded, working with the retailer on many aspects of their store design – both internal and external – and brand.
We were tasked with exploring how we could engage the Tesco Bank customer, raise awareness, increase sales and build a simpler, better customer experience via the bank’s brand communications.
What we delivered
We considered how to punctuate the customer’s journey with the right message (from simple awareness / branding to more tactical messages) and create a more effective coherent communication family.
We considered awareness and range messaging suitable for all formats including ‘neighbourhood’, ‘on the go’, Express and Metro stores, looking at different opportunities across each; messaging was dialled up and down as appropriate.
