We have had a successful working relationship with Tesco since our studio was founded, working with the retailer on many aspects of their store design – both internal and external – and brand.
In 2013, Tesco reacted with some momentum to the increasing volume of non-food transactions made online. There was a need to increase drive into stores through the Click + Collect channel, by increasing customer awareness of the service.
What we delivered
We created and built a clear communication family that identifies each stage of the buying process and creates an engaging shopping experience.
The focus is on the customer journey and making sure of the right message at the right time, empowering customers and converting awareness into purchase.
